Carrier Transicold are looking for an experienced, committed and organised Accounting Assistant with excellent communication skills.

Working alongside our Finance team members to support the processing and delivery of all Finance related activities within Carrier Transicold Australia. In particular this role will support and deliver key outcomes in the areas of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. 

Previous experience working with Accenture or other offshore accounting teams will be highly desirable, as well as being able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders including sales teams, banks, suppliers and service managers.

Key tasks will include but are not limited to the following areas.

• Managing all Accounts Receivable queries including following up and resolving disputes with both internal and external customers
• Prepare Contra Application (AP vs AR for 4 Customers)
• Maintain and report on the weekly to 10 overdue invoices ledger for the Container (430b) business.
• Support Accenture with the setup/update customer account and profile
• Follow up with all customers on collection
• Preparing and sending customer invoices and/or statements
• Oversee intercompany billing and balances through IMS
• Resolve all AP queries from Accenture/Vendors and coordinate new vendor creation
• Manage and maintain the weekly pay run in collaboration with the AP team and prepare payments for approval, upload and payment from bank
• Assist with regular month end tasks including checking and reporting on Cash journal prepared by Accenture
