The Role

We are currently seeking a positive and energetic individual to join the busy finance team located at our Forrestfield head office. Ideally this role would see you working 20 hours across 4 to 5 days per week, however, alternative arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.  

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited too:

• Floor plan maintenance
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Managing travel and employee expense claims
• Part stock adjustments
• Maintaining company log book register
• Assisting with FBT compliance 
• Providing assistance to other finance and administrative roles, as and when required.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:

• Knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts
• Previous exposure and understanding of FBT compliance would be highly desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to multi task and prioritise your daily responsibilities
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
