Assistant Finance Officer

To continue delivering our vision we are seeking a proactive customer focused Assistant Finance Officer to join our Revenue Services team.

As the Assistant Finance Officer, you will support the City by:

• Effectively processing and reconciling all receipting on a daily basis
• Ensuring all cashiering transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Providing assistance across the Accounts Receivable and Rates teams

You will have a sound knowledge and understanding of accounting and cash handling procedures.

You will also have well developed time management skills as well as accurate numeracy and keyboard skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential to be successful in this role.
