Backoffice / Bookkeeping Services Manager

Megabus is an industry leader in Tyre & Automotive Workshop Management Systems with its “Marlin” products suite.

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced individual to carve out a unique career path. Under our guidance, the successful candidate will onboard, grow and manage a team of bookkeepers by being at the ground level of expanding our managed back-office services. We are looking for a ready-made facilitator who will engage hands-on with our clients, staff and management with the drive to own the business growth with our mentoring and support.

You will demonstrate the ability to absorb industry practices and display experience in bookkeeping across disciplines including
 

• Payables
• Receivables
• Banking
• Reconciliations
• Accruals
• Prepaids
• BAS
• Payroll

You will have ownership over the service offering with the backing of our sales, support and in-house development teams to continually assist with process improvement.

Ideally, you will have experience in the Tyre & Automotive Workshop or similar industry. Retail supply chain exposure is also a plus. Previous use of our products is a bonus but not essential.

Excellent teamwork, written, arithmetic and communication skills are a must, along with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
