We are currently seeking a part time Billings Officer to work two days a week in our Hospital. This role will be a member of our front office team and will be responsible for:

• Providing and maintaining a high standard of customer service in all aspects of patient accounts
• Accurate preparation of patient invoices and collation of associated work
• Maintenance of data and systems for accurate billing and revenue collection

The successful candidate will possess:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Superior organisational and time management skills
• Excellent computer skills including accurate data entry and work processing
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
