Book-Keeper / HR (Staff Contracts)

Job Summary


• Experience with writing staff contracts, utilising the organisations template system.  Self-directed, highly motivated, reliable and particular to detail.

• At least 3 years experience using MYOB accounting software.

• Formal qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping.

• Experience processing payroll transactions.

• Experience in working in finances in a small size company or not for profit organisation.

• Effective communication in highlighting areas of concerns, issues regarding accounts and payroll with other work colleagues and the ability to problem solve in an effective time manner.

 

 General Responsibilities

Assist with Book-keeping and HR - Staff Contracts.

Working in accordance with the Code of Ethics of Moorditch Gurlongga Association Inc. Implementing the service’s ethics and values in undertaking all other duties;

Working in accordance with the policies and associated procedures of the organisation; and

Provide ongoing support and assistance to the other staff in all areas of service operation.

The MGA team all support the day to day operations of CNC, CHS, CCS and CS

Qualifications and experience required with positions, also Working with Children Card, National Police Clearance and a valid driver's licence.

Positions are paid under the Social Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
