CBD is currently seeking a part time bookkeeper / administration assistant for 25 hours per week to join our small team. The role will require a strong working knowledge of Bookkeeping practices with the ability to juggle both bookkeeping responsibilities and administration.

 

The roles and responsibilities associated with the position are as follows:

Bookkeeping:

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Fortnightly Payroll
  • Credit Card reconciliations
  • Invoicing
  • Other reasonable duties as directed

Administration:

  • Archiving
  • Filing
  • Answering the phone
  • Other administrative duties as required

 

Experience:

The successful candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent data accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures without deviation
  • Be resourceful, adaptable and problem solve
