This part- time permanent role will require your availability for Tuesday and Thursday followed by the third day of your choice!

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, possess a positive attitude, and have the ability to prioritise and communicative effectively. 

Experience using Xero and 2 years experience in a similar role is essential.

Responsibilities

Your main duties will include but not limited to:

• Debtors management
• Creditor entry/ payments
• Credit card reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• End of month invoicing 
• Weekly cash flow management 
• Cost of sales reconciliations 
• Payroll (advantageous) 

Skills 

Knowledge and understanding of:

• Xero - essential
• Work Flow Max - advantageous 
• Excel - confident
• Payroll - understanding
