An exciting opportunity is now available for an energetic, dynamic, and self-driven individual to join our team in the part-time Bookkeeping position. Working within a small but busy financial planning firm the ideal candidate must be willing to be an integral part of the team and be pro-active in learning about the financial services industry and its legislative requirements.  

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Accounts payable and receivable 
• Payroll, including Superannuation payments
• Award interpretation 
• BAS and PAYG lodgment 
• Monthly financial reporting, including adviser reports
• Yearly payroll reporting
• Multi-entity entry and reporting
• Liaising with internal and external clients and suppliers
• Working closely with the external accountants
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

This position is part-time, 25-30 hours per week. Candidates must have bookkeeping experience and be proficient with MYOB.
