The Role

This hands on and highly regarded role will require you to perform predominantly full function Payroll and AP. You will also be assisting another team member with banking, and bank reconciliations. With supportive management, this a great chance to join a small, close-knit Finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your primary duties will comprise of;
  

• Full function Payroll
• Full function AP
• Manual invoice processing
• Matching, batching, coding invoices to Purchase Orders
• Bank recs
• Monthly reporting
• Ad hoc tasks where required
• Supplier statement recs

About You

A team player and self-starter, you will be highly competent across the main accounting functions (particularly AP + Payroll) and have a flexible approach to work. Ideally you will have had some exposure in hands on role working for a small/SME business requiring you to multitask across different accounts functions.
  
The successful candidate will obtain the following: 
  

• Min 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position
