Our client is a highly successful Commercial agency who have gone through a considerable growth period and continue to build the team at a steady pace. This position will work closely with the Financial Controller assisting with process efficiency and reporting.
  
Your duties will include the following tasks:
  • Accounts payable and receivable function
  • Collation and matching Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Data Entry of invoicing using Xero
  • Processing and maintaining payroll, superannuation, and PAYG
  • Inputting timesheets and allocation of pay
  • Bank and account reconciliation
  • Prepare month and year end
  • Prepare and update cashflow forecasts
  • BAS/IAS and FBT
  • Clear and fluent communication skills
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
To be successful for this role you will be analytical, self-motivated with the ability to work independently, experienced in accounting and payroll software with attention to detail and a strong understanding of excel.
