Bookkeeper
Our client is a highly successful Commercial agency who have gone through a considerable growth period and continue to build the team at a steady pace. This position will work closely with the Financial Controller assisting with process efficiency and reporting.
Your duties will include the following tasks:
- Accounts payable and receivable function
- Collation and matching Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Data Entry of invoicing using Xero
- Processing and maintaining payroll, superannuation, and PAYG
- Inputting timesheets and allocation of pay
- Bank and account reconciliation
- Prepare month and year end
- Prepare and update cashflow forecasts
- BAS/IAS and FBT
- Clear and fluent communication skills
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
To be successful for this role you will be analytical, self-motivated with the ability to work independently, experienced in accounting and payroll software with attention to detail and a strong understanding of excel.
