BOOKKEEPER and OFFICE ADMIN POSITION

Position: Full time in our Office, not work from home

Location: Dandenong

Hours: Mon- Fri 8am - 5pm,  

Salary:  $70K plus super for an experienced applicant

 

The Role

Required to understand accounting principles, not just data entry

Experience in Quickbooks especially Intuit online version and payroll for approximately 20 employees

GST, BAS, Debtors, Creditors, bank reconciliations

Invoice processing and filing, accounts management

Produce reports and correspondence with skills in excel, word, email etc.

Good communicator with customers as well as fellow team members

The Applicant

Must be a team player with a passionate and “can do” positive attitude

Comfortable working autonomously in a medium sized office environment

Ability to meet deadlines and specific attention to detail with measurements & quantities
