Like a challenge? Are you a self starter who enjoys creating processes and getting things done? We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper for a three month contract on a part- time (3 days per week) basis to take control of all processing of suppliers invoices and client billing at a number of Retirement Villages.
Centennial Living is a relatively new company in the seniors living sector, specialising in the operational management and development of retirement village communities. With a vision to create inspiring retirement communities and a strong growth trajectory, this role provides opportunity and variety.
There are currently no formal systems in place so the ability to pick up the files and Introduce processes and structure is a fundamental requirement.
Applicants should be proficient in Xero & Excel and familar with bank reconciliations.
You will be working in a small office in St Kilda Rd with 8 colleagues and/or a small office in Seaford. We believe in flexible working arrangements so location will be discussed & agreed dependent on the successful candidate.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
FTE $60 - $65k inc super on a three day week basis should be taken as a guide.
