BOOKKEEPER - WANGARATTA N.E. VICTORIA

We are looking for a super experienced bookkeeper who will fit into our small friendly workplace.  This is a fulltime position working onsite but hours can be flexible to suit.

You will have a keen interest in systems and procedures and the opportunity for input.

The role includes but is not limited to accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, data entry, chasing overdue accounts, answering the phone and attending to accounts queries.

MUST HAVE:

• Experience with Quickbooks or similar
• Demonstrated experience and a sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
• Super organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to multi-task.
• Sound time management skills.
• Desire to work as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a police check.
