Are you a Business Analyst looking for your next exciting opportunity?
We are seeking interest from those keen to add value and insights to our business, which is NZ owned and managed. We are soon to move into lovely new offices in Penrose. In this role you will:
- Manage implementation of new software apps including Xero, CIN7 and associated add-ons
- Implement and develop reporting dashboards using Power BI
- Data Management
- Work with CEO and directors on implementation of new software
- Oversee implementation of automation initiatives
- Online Accounts receivable in Xero
- Reporting - AR Weekly Report, Sales Reports, Financial Reports, Purchase and Stock Reports, Retail POS Daily Reports
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Stock costing & tracking
- Assist directors and GM with weekly creditor payments.
