This represents an opportunity within a well established Accounting firm based in the inner city suburbs. This firm is well known in the region for the expert advice they provide their clients in the areas of business advisory, tax compliance, financial planning, wealth creation and SMSFs. This firm boasts extremely low staff turnover.

POSITION

The position of Business Services Manager has been created due to succession planning. The successful candidate will be motivated to progress to equity partnership in the short to medium term future. The role will encompass staff management, client relationship management and general day to day management of the practice.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA qualified
• 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Genuine enthusiasm to progress to equity partnership
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Previous management experience
• Stable employment history with reputable accounting firms
• Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
