Our Business Support team act as a shared service across the whole organisation.  The role is busy and varied and will see you provide all financial administrative support for our technology team.  As we transform into an agile way or working the role may see you provide support to other areas of the business as needs arise.

Your role may include:

• Financial activities and workflows including raising purchase orders and processing invoices in line with the Procurement Policy.
• Validating invoices for payment, assisting with the resolution of invoice related disputes
• Deliver P2P administration in line with the Procurement Policy
• Assisting with preparation of budgets, reconciliations and monitoring expenditure and providing necessary reporting to IT projects team
• Provide assistance with SLA/KPI performance monitoring of vendors
• Provide a shared business support service to all administration functions delivering an enhanced, streamlined, efficient service to the wider group.
• Providing ideas and suggestions for improvements with administrative processes and procedures within the Business Support function

You’ll bring with you:

• Exposure to the coordination of procurement activities such as raising orders and processing invoices
• Experience working in SAP is desirable, intermediate ability in Excel is essential
• The ability to work independently and be self accountable yet also being an active and engaged member of your team lending support as needed on projects on workloads
• A creative problem solver with an ability to think outside the box and challenge the way we do things
