In this busy role, you’ll be responsible for designing and building a robust campaign dashboard on Tableau, connecting data from various sources and systems to visualise campaign results. You’ll get to conduct post campaign implementation (PIR) analysis to support campaign decision making and provide insights into appropriate future campaign improvement and ROI. You’ll lead the development and maintenance of insightful campaign performance reports on a weekly/monthly basic and ad-hoc reports when required.
In addition to a tertiary numeric or business-related qualification, we’re looking for an experienced reporting analyst - demonstrated within Financial Services sector, (ideally in a superannuation environment). Being a contract role, you’ll hit the ground running creating reports, interactive dashboards and visualization using Tableau Desktop and Server. You have strong hands-on SQL skills in querying and manipulating large, complex and raw datasets from AWS Redshift, AWS Spectrum and SQL Server. Experience of campaign management tools such as Alterian, Teradata or Salesforce would be high regarded.
