Based in Murwillumbah in the beautiful Northern Rivers, Moore Bookkeeping & Business Solutions provides exceptional personalised service to small business owners in all industries. 

Due to sharp growth over the past 12 months, we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team. 

The Role

You will be responsible for our clients bookkeeping, Payroll & BAS preparations as delegated by the manager, you will ensure accuracy and completeness of work, with a high level of attention to detail, while at the same time maintaining productivity standards. 

Our clients are varied in size and come from many industries, such as building, landscaping, real estate, hospitality & financial services.

As well as having several of your own clients you will assist with completing bookkeeping and BAS preparation for all of our clients using Xero, along with other apps like Karbon, Deputy, Kounta (Lightspeed), Receipt Bank (DEXT) & Hubdoc.

This casual position of 10-15 hours per week is available now with more hours becoming available as the business continues to grow. 

The successful candidate will be available to work from Murwillumbah at first with the possibility of remote work down the track for the right applicant.

Your Experience

• Minimum 5 years bookkeeping, BAS and payroll experience
• Experience with multi tasking across several clients
• Certificate IV or Diploma of Bookkeeping
• At least 2 years experience using Xero
• Experience with Karbon (Workflow Manager) highly regarded
• BAS Agent registration would be ideal but not required.
