This is a full-time maximum term position for 12 months located at Perth, Head Office. About the Role: This role is accountable for the effective and efficient management of claims involving Western Power’s assets through to finalisation / resolution in a timely manner. This could involve cost recoveries involving third party damage to assets and claims as a result of incidents or events impacting the network. Provides coaching, training and technical support to team members and other functions on claims management issues to ensure Western Power operates an efficient, prudent and customer service centric claims management process.
