The Role:

We are looking for candidates who are customer driven to support clients of ADP as well as support the daily participation in Payline team and associated operational activities.

Your duties will include:

  • Processing of allocated client payrolls
  • Provide inbound telephone support with key objective of 1st Call Resolution
  • Ensure all relevant issues and activities are entered into ADP's Client Information System (CIS) accurately
  • Daily issue management and closure of technical issues
  • Provide technical support and implementation of the Payline product
  • Collaborate and support internal teams to coordinate service delivery activities
  • Resolve client issues and prioritise critical issues

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Minimum 18 months Call Centre/Helpdesk experience
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
  • Payroll/customer service experience highly regarded
  • Demonstrated effective communication to both clients and internal staff 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, phone-based customer service environment
