How you’ll play your part in supporting local communities

As a Collections Officer, you'll help us balance debtor's accounts with a focus on aged debt. With a major focus on NDIS claims, you'll manage both portal and non-portal claims. Using your outstanding customer service, you'll go about your collections with a careful balance of both determination and empathy.

A bit about you

• You've already got some hands-on experience in a collections-focused role
• You're well-acquanited with the process around portal and non-portal NDIS claims 
• You're a natural communicator and know how to get the best out of your team and stakeholders
• You pride yourself on your ability to balance business objectives and emotional intelligence
• You’ve got fantastic attention to detail - nothing ever slips through the cracks on your watch!
