What is the role?
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented financial professional to assume responsibility for our commercial and finance activities.
We need someone who has a proven track record in a corporate or manufacturing environment and who has a history of driving performance improvement. You could be in a Commercial/Finance Management role already or you could be a high energy individual looking for your next challenge and be ready to step up into the role.
This by no means an ‘arm-chair management’ role - there is a lot to build and get done, and you will need to be hands on and comfortable working within teams to deliver outcomes.
What we need you to do
Working closely with the General Manager and Group Executive Commercial & Finance Manager, the role oversees month-end financial reporting, payroll, ERP system improvements and partners with the operations team in areas that impact the financial performance of the Company.

What we need you to bring to the role
Naturally you will be well-organised with good time management skills and will be experienced in preparing and presenting financial reporting and you will be a great communicator. You will also have a solid understanding of the levers that drive a manufacturing business - and be prepared to roll your sleeves up to work with the team on creating and implementing operational improvements.
