Compliance and Governance Analyst

My client are looking for an experienced Compliance and Governance Analyst for a 6 month fixed term contract with an immediate start. My client are a large organisation who are a market leader in their industry. They have an excellent culture and great reputation!

This role will be sitting within the strategy team and working on various projects within this time, particularly around the compliance of existing policies and implementing new practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement best practice frameworks in governance and compliance
• Reporting for Executive team, Project teams
• Business partnering with key stakeholders in the business
• Design and roll out governance and compliance management practices and ensure maintenance of processes
• Develop suitable policy, procedures and frameworks
• Develop continuous improvement practices to ensure accurate reporting

Key Requirements:

• Great knowledge and experience in governance and compliance
• 4+ years in a similar position
• Experience in designing and holding workshops for various teams and executives desirable
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Risk management or Business desirable
• Goal oriented, organised and motivated
