Our Private Clients Tax team is seeking an enthusiastic Consultant wishing to develop their knowledge and expertise to a range of challenging Tax matters. What will you create? The Private Clients Tax team helps bring this to life by building trusted relationships with the owners of private businesses and high wealth families, supporting them in decision making, wealth generation and income tax compliance. Our qualified Tax specialists inspire confidence and client loyalty through demonstrating a deep understanding of their clients at every stage of their business and personal lifecycles in order to offer new insight and commercial solutions. Private Clients provides its team members with multiple opportunities to work on family, business and corporate matters, closely collaborating with these clients to help them achieve their varied growth aspirations. As a Consultant your impact will be seen by: Dealing and drive relationships with clients across a range of industry specialisations, as well as experience with liaising with relevant taxation authorities; Undertaking research and functional and financial analysis on companies and the industries in which they operate; Communicating across transfer pricing/tax consulting services environment or comparable business environment; Mentoring for junior staff/graduates across tax specialisations based on projects (indirect tax, corporate tax, international tax etc). About you You have a background in Business/Commerce/Economics or Law and are skilled in undertake research and functional and financial analysis and hold an understanding of global tax and transfer pricing matters. You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment.
