The Role

This role is diverse in based out of our largest DC in Rocklea, the role works closely with our Head Office on the Gold Coast and will provide exposure to a range of responsibilities across the business. 

Specific duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Support the implementation of contracts management frameworks
  • Provide support to ensure compliance with contract management
  • Monitor and report on contract requirements such as SOH/3PL reports/Deal Claims/Freight/Rebates/Price files
  • Govern and control contract management documentation to ensure accurate records
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders 
  • Facilitate all required contractor management meetings (including agendas and minutes)
  • Provide support to ensure non-compliance and potential issues are identified and documented,
  • Partnering with and providing support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with the purchasing function, including sourcing new products, pricing changes, conducting audits
  • Conducting investigations
  • Ad hoc project work as required

 

Candidate Profile
You will have excellent communication and people management skills, attention to detail and demonstrated experience in reporting and analysing within a commercial environment.

Interpersonally you are solutions focused, engaging, confident, and can easily build strong professional relationships across an organisation. 

You thrive on processes with a positive solution focused attitude and can work autonomously but also collaboratively

Qualifications and / or experience in contract administration / management, supply or accounts would be well regarded
