dōTERRA is a Global Wellness powerhouse that produces and distributes quality essential oils through more than six million independent Wellness Advocates around the world. We’re seeking a Creative Services Project Manager to join our Marketing team to manage the workflow and allocation of work in Marketing, end to end, from planning through to post completion review.
In this role you will:
- Manage a high volume of creative brief requests, campaigns and product launches in line with existing priorities and deliverables and managing stakeholder expectations accordingly.
- Ensure creative brief information delivered is consistently of the highest accuracy standards and negotiate deliverables with stakeholders to ensure appropriate expectations are communicated and managed.
- Allocate briefs to the Design team, managing workload and resourcing appropriately across the team.
- Conduct post-campaign review for all campaigns and ensuring the outcomes are communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
- Influence continuous improvement and workflow process efficiencies within the Creative Services and wider Marketing team, as appropriate.
- Ownership of the workflow management system, ensuring the status of all Marketing deliverables is up to date and any roadblocks anticipated and reported on.
- Communicate any roadblocks and obstacles to Marketing leadership for intervention, recommending solutions as appropriate.
- Develop and manage regular work in progress reports and update of the Marketing promotional calendar.
What you will bring.
As a highly organised and pro-active individual, you will thrive having your finger on the pulse and managing the many moving parts of the Marketing workflow end to end. You will enjoy managing many different stakeholders, balancing their needs along with the varying Marketing deliverables, ensuring they are met. Your previous traffic / production / studio management experience will be advantageous however is not essential. What is essential is that you are an outstanding communicator, are highly organised, meticulous with detail and enjoy negotiating and delivering on successful team outcomes.
You will also have:
- A bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
- At least five years’ generalist marketing, design studio (including inhouse) or agency experience, ideally gained within a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Experience with managing multiple deliverables across multiple output mediums including online and print.
- Ability to work well within time constraints and manage competing priorities in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Developed reporting and analytical skills.
- The ability to coordinate outsource partners to execute deliverables with the ability to forecast, anticipate and manage anticipated roadblocks.
- Excellent time management skills, multi-tasking between responsibilities, systems, procedures and priorities with the ability to pivot when needed.
- Strong ability to solve problems and maintain attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously, while fostering a future focused mindset.
