The Opportunity

Join our finance team in a national, Credit Manager role reporting to our CFO. We are undergoing significant finance transformation and this role will be integral to the on-going training and mentoring of the credit control team in additon to contributing and ensuring the success of process improvement initiatives.

Day to day, in this key role you will be focussed on improving the working capital cycle, engaging with partners and clients in order to maximize cash flow. Your duties will include (but not limited to): 

• continue to build and lead a high performing team; 
• Set clear team and individual objectives that are aligned to the business unit’s strategy and vision;
• monitor KPI performance of team members;
• manage team workflow through allocation of appropriate resources;
• ensure the reduction of debtors;  
• ensure all invoices are collected efficiently; 
• to resolve any outstanding debts and queries; 
• Train new team members and identify training needs for existing team members as required.
