The role: Due to increased demand, this is a newly created role as the credit team continues to expand. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong track record in running an Accounts Receivable ledger in a medium or large sized business. The role will include a complex ledger dealing with small - medium sized businesses and we require a strong communicator, a methodical problem solver and a great relationship builder to tackle this role


Your daily duties will involve:

• Managing a debtors ledger of active accounts
• Collection of Payments
• Allocating payments, reconciling accounts, invoicing customers
• Credit checking & setting up new customer accounts
• Processing supplier invoices
• Coding to GL 
• Problem solving and explaining new processes to tenants
• Send cheque & EFT payment runs to suppliers
• Create sales reports using Excel 
• Associated admin/office support as required

The candidate: We are looking for a candidate that has 3 years experience + working in Accounts Receivable or credit. You will have intermediate Excel skills (able to use V look ups & Pivot tables) and good systems skills.  They want you to be the next successful addition to the team and are looking for sharp, problem solvers who can excel in this position.

A salary of $70,000 - $80,000 inc super is on offer to the successful candidate.
