The Data Entry/Accounts Payable person will have a strong understanding of Accounts Payable within a high volume environment.

The Responsibilities: 

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager.  The primary responsibilities of this role area as follows:

• Manage high volume supplier invoices;
• Manage and resolve queries in the appropriate time frame;
• Supplier Statement reconciliations;
• Ad Hoc duties as required by Management;
• Responding to Supplier enquiries;

About you 

• A minimum of 3 years in a high volume end to end Accounts Payable position;
• MYOB experience essential;
• Accurate data entry skills;
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver on deadlines, work under pressure and work autonomously;
• Team player with good relationship building skills;
• Excellent communications and organisational skills
