Executive Collections is a boutique Debt Collection Agency located in North Parramatta specialising in Government and Commercial debt recovery.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Collector who is looking for change of environment to join our busy team. This role will suit an experienced operator, who would enjoy a fast paced office and job diversity.

Your key duties will include but are not limited to:

• Liaising with clients;
• Negotiating outcomes with debtors;
• Skip Tracing;
• File management;
• Comply with client & company policies & procedures;
• General ad-hoc office administration duties.

To be considered for this role you will have the demonstrated capability to collect on aged portfolios, manage your time effectively and be driven to meet your KPI’s.

You will also require,

• To be able to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:15am - 5:00pm;
• Ideally you will have a background in collections or experience in a legal office;
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
• To be reliable, punctual and show commitment to the role;
• Ability to build rapport quickly with our clients;
• Ability to prioritise workload and make timely decisions to manage your files accordingly and
• An understanding of ASIC & ACCC Debt Recovery Guidelines
