Talenza have been engaged by a leading Australian Financial Services Firm to find an experienced Digital Product Manager to be based in Sydney.

In this role you will take responsibility for managing my clients digital services technology across Chat Bot Technologies (AI), Online Customer Portals and online forms. You will also be responsible for developing the product road map by prioritising and capturing ideas and future features. 

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Marketing, Project Management or similar relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years Digital Product Management
• Experience with Chat Bot Technology Desirable for example Microsoft Chatbot, IBM Watson or similar
• Proficient in Web Technologies and processes
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong analysis skills
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders
• Ability to build product roadmap
• Understanding of market trends and emerging technology
