TwoScots are partnering with Swinburne University for the appointment of Director Shared Services.
Swinburne have a fantastic opportunity to join the People, Planning & Culture (PP&C) Department as the new Director, Shared Services. As part of the PP&C leadership team, you will be accountable for leading the People Assist, Payroll, Reporting and the PP&C systems teams within PP&C. This critical role is key in driving continuous improvement of PP&C systems and processes and will need to engage the teams and work collaboratively across the University to secure optimal outcomes.
Reporting to the Vice-President, PP&C, the Director, Shared Services is accountable for governance and compliance of payroll and superannuation for the University and its subsidiaries, and for the development and delivery of best practice processes and systems to deliver an outstanding service to our staff.
