About the role
Working in partnership with the Sydney founders, the focus of the position will be to meaningfully service key clients with Melbourne based operations, as well as pursue an ambitious, yet calculated, growth agenda. The Partner will be tasked with overseeing growth in existing clients as well as identifying and attracting new clients across Victoria. The Melbourne Partner will provide a suite of business services to the firm’s clientele, as well as providing all manner of management and commercial advice, and assist the partners with the establishment of the company’s Melbourne practice.
CA/CPA qualified, you are high calibre finance professional with extensive experience providing accounting and business advisory services in a Big 4, mid-tier, or large privately owned firm. To complement your strong technical capability, you are strategically agile, and have strong commercial insight and business acumen to meaningfully support your clients. You have honed your experience by partnering with complex private, SME and family office clients Critically, you have outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, advanced accounting and tax experience, and a proven ability to identify opportunities and onboard new clients.
