What will your typical day look like?
As an individual who sees the power in digital offerings and enjoys providing an elevated client experience, you will have a real passion for delivering innovative solutions to complex issues for our Global clients. Play an integral role in growing our equity practice and have the opportunity to leverage both your Equity Tax, Legal and Technology skills. In this dynamic role and team not only will you be advising on successful equity and rewards programs you will also innovate solutions to complex issues for our global clients.

About the team
Deloitte Equity and Incentives is a part of our Reward Practice which sits within our Global Employer Services team (GES). With global growth comes greater employment complexities - that's where we come in. Deloitte Global Employer Services help multinational corporations navigate multifaceted tax laws and labour regulations. Combining tax research and data analytics, we give advice on global compensation, Visa and work permits, employment taxes and policy design for international assignments.
