About the role:

We are a real-estate and investment sales agency, our office is located in Bundall. You will be part of a modern and vibrant office which is renowned for it's positive and friendly work culture and providing our team with a great work/life balance.

We are seeking an experienced book keeper with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. This is casual position offering 15 hours per week over two days (hours may increase).

 

To be a successful candidate you must have the following;

- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Zero trust accounting experience
- Skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professionally presented
- Meticulous attention to detail


DUTIES:
 

  • Data entry, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparation of Accounts up to Trial Balance
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Debt collection
  • Weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Payroll for up to 30 employees plus sub-contractor payments
  • Maintenance of employee files, licences and registrations
  • Company and vehicle insurances and registrations
  • Liaising with the external Accountant
  • Office management duties as required
