Windsor Group began 21 years ago and through hard work, great relationships, awesome staff (past and present) and a determination to build capacity in our clients and candidates, we are a market leading Agency working with clients in the Not-for-Profit, Government and Corporate sectors.

We are looking for a reliable team member three days per week to assist in all finance functions. You will be required in our offices every Monday for payroll processing and then preferably on a Tuesday and Thursday. The successful candidate will have experience in/exposure to the following areas:

  • Successful processing of all data into MYOB and/or Xero
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Client Invoicing
  • Payroll across multiple awards
  • Bank reconciliations and month end processes
  • Working with excel spreadsheets for reconciliation and reporting purposes

Ideally, you are computer proficient, have MYOB or Xero among your skills and preferably have formal qualifications. You will also have a warm personality, excellent interpersonal skills and be customer-centric with a pleasant phone manner.

But over and above all of these attributes, we need a smart professional who will ‘own’ the role, pay attention to detail, care about the quality of the work and has confidence in their own abilities.
