iStore a division of Solargain and is quickly growing to be one of the most efficient and affordable energy storage alternatives on the market. With a growing sales team, we are now looking to expand our team who will be responsible for the accounts and administration nationwide. 

Role

Based at our Malaga Operations, we are offering a full-time 12 month fixed term contract with a possibility of extension at the end of the contract. A great amount of flexibility to be able to take on a number of different tasks at once is required. You should be an effective problem solver with great attention to detail, have a proactive approach and be a real team player who thrives being in an open team environment. 

This role requires you to build relationships and rapport with customers to not only ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction but smooth processing of orders and documentation.  

Our customers are small business who are constantly on the road and require flexibility when placing orders. It is imperative that you are firm yet understanding of their work practices and remain positive and friendly while assisting the customer.

Duties

  • Ensure that rebate STCs are returned complete, accurate and in a timely manner;
  • Assisting customers to complete the rebates STCs in line with the CER requirements;
  • Ensuring that customer accounts are in line with their credit terms;
  • Escalating to the sales team and management where STC documents or payments are outside of expected terms;
  • Processing sales orders into invoices to customers;
  •  Raising and receipting of purchases orders;
  • Liaising with customers, installers and plumbers in relation to equipment supply;
  • Assist in answering phones and handling queries;
  • Assist with processing credit card payments over the phone;
  • Warranty claims lodgement;
  • Other Administrative duties as required.  

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role,
  • Advanced MS office skills including Word and Excel,
  • Strong attention to detail,
  • Ability to use initiative and work under pressure,
  • Self-motivated and can work with minimum direction and supervision,
  • Professional, mature, and friendly approach,
  • Ability to effectively prioritise conflicting tasks,
  • Ability to concisely and effectively communicate.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of ERP systems (MYOB EXO preferred),

Requirements

  • Drivers Licence,
  • Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment, &
  • The position is open to Australian citizens &/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia.
