iStore a division of Solargain and is quickly growing to be one of the most efficient and affordable energy storage alternatives on the market. With a growing sales team, we are now looking to expand our team who will be responsible for the accounts and administration nationwide.
Based at our Malaga Operations, we are offering a full-time 12 month fixed term contract with a possibility of extension at the end of the contract. A great amount of flexibility to be able to take on a number of different tasks at once is required. You should be an effective problem solver with great attention to detail, have a proactive approach and be a real team player who thrives being in an open team environment.
This role requires you to build relationships and rapport with customers to not only ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction but smooth processing of orders and documentation.
Our customers are small business who are constantly on the road and require flexibility when placing orders. It is imperative that you are firm yet understanding of their work practices and remain positive and friendly while assisting the customer.
