Expressions of Interest - Payroll Officer

Due to great success and growth within our Professional Services division at Searson Buck, we are currently looking for experienced and enthusiastic candidates to join our temporary and contract candidate pool. Opportunities vary from full time or part time hours, working within small and large client organisations. Availability to undertake a position within a short commencement timeframe is desirable.

To be considered for these positions we are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in a similar payroll position, processing large volumes of end-to-end payroll, across a variety of awards and industries
• Proven experience in providing accurate payroll advice
• Ability to understand EBAs and relevant HR legislation and policies
• Accurate database management with the ability to provide extensive reports for senior management
• Excellent verbal communication skills, coupled with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and follow procedure with a systematic approach
• Exceptional attention to detail and sound computer skills
• Previous experience using payroll software
