Your new role
As Finance & Administration Manager reporting to the Managing Director, this role is key within the Executive Leadership Team and you will provide leadership to Finance, ICT and Human Resources.
You will work closely with the local management team to provide strategic and operational Financial Control accurately on a monthly and adhoc basis supporting the organisation with robust financial information delivering accurate financial reporting to drive organisational decision making.
With a team reporting to you, you will determine staff level requirements and organise the ongoing training needed to keep staff fresh and focused plus upgrading their skill set communicating expectations, roles and responsibilities to team members in a way which encourages your team to take responsibility for their work and makes them feel valued.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you are degree qualified in accounting or a business related discipline to be successful in this role and that you hold a professional accounting qualification (CA / CPA).
You must be able to demonstrate solid commercial experience and be able to demonstrate the full range of financial disciplines.
It is absolutely essential that you can show current management of staff and personnel with strong leadership and exemplary communication.
It is expected that you are detail oriented, that you have a high level of analytical skills, a high-level of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation skills and that you have superior written and verbal communications skills.
