PayChoice is one of Australia’s leading payment gateways, specialising in the collection of payments for clients around Australia in industries such as Healthcare/Fitness, Childcare, Medical and many more.

We are looking for an amazing Finance and Administration Manager to help us get there. You will be working directly with our Managing Director and Executive team to help us grow locally and internationally.

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven individual who has experience in Finance & admin:

You will have:

  • A formal accounting qualification (degree/bachelor)
  • Advanced Excel/Google sheets experience
  • Advanced experience with Xero
  • Contracts experience
  • At least 7 years of management accounting and admin experience
  • A positive work ethic
  • A desire to grow within the industry & in your professional career
  • Experience in the software space will be highly regarded
  • Experience with financial modelling and projections
  • A willingness to learn and plan
  • Experience working with a small to medium sized team

It will help if you have:

  • Banking and Finance knowledge and experience
  • Experience growing a company overseas

What will you be doing?

As a Finance and Administration officer for PayChoice, your duties will include:

  • Responsible for the accounting and administration functions.
  • Enhance and streamline processes
  • Review all financial aspects and recommend to Board of Management
  • The role is an integral link between IT, administrations and sales. The tasks are varied, requiring multiple skills and the ability to work with all members of staff

This role is based in Victoria, Australia, working with our teams in Narre Warren.
