About the role

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or someone in their final year, who is looking for a part time position and excels in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility.  This role is largely focused on accounts receivable, client support and revenue reporting.   

 

 

Key Responsibilities will include

 

  • Managing the Revenue process. Software Package is Accountability and training will be provided in-house
  • Accounts Receivable - Monthly invoicing, chasing debtors, customer receipts and weekly debtors report
  • Create job estimates and following up with purchase orders
  • Managing online purchase orders for our biggest clients on third party platforms
  • Review and adhere to department budgets 
  • Facilitate monthly finance meetings with account managers
  • Prepare Monthly Sales/Job Reports with analysis for account managers
  • Manage monthly employee expenses
  • Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations 
  • Manage company credit cards ensuring transactions are entered in a timely manner and are accurate
  • Process and prepare credit applications
  • Setting up new users on the system
  • Assist with accounts payable 
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
  • Ad Hoc support to Finance Director and Finance Manager 
  • Adhere to the company financial policies and procedures.
  • Answer questions and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers and clients as needed.
  • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency and cost reductions.

Skills and experience

 

  • Graduate in Accounting or learning towards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Interest in PR, communications & media or agency experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Skilled at multi-tasking and prioritising
  • Amazing at problem solving opposed to problem passing
