Finance Assistant 

Tasfresh is Tasmania's most diverse food wholesaler and we pride ourselves on a unique product offering and maintaining excellent customer service. Tasfresh is a Tasmanian owned and operated family business and have been servicing the people of Tasmania for more than 45 years.

There is a current opening for a self-motivated, high achiever to join our finance team. This position is full time Monday to Friday, working a 40-hour week and will be based at our Prospect business support office.

The successful applicant will be required to provide direct support to the Finance Officer and general support to a number of other senior staff.

Your Key Duties will include:

• General ledger reconciliations
• Data analysis
• Supplier reconciliations and payment preparation
• Bank reconciliations
• Customer reconciliations and maintenance
• System development & implementation
• Support to Merchandise, Accounts Receivable and    Human Resources
• Liaising with suppliers and staff
• General administration duties

Key Requirements

• Prior relevant experience in a finance role is essential. 
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) is essential.
• Prior experience with SAP Business One or Pronto Xi would be an advantage.
