The Opportunity

The Finance Business Partner position is responsible for the overall operation and coordination of the Financial Accounting team to ensure the agreed deadlines and deliverables are met.

This position is currently based at our Richmond office but our Richmond based staff will relocate to our Eaglemont office around September 2021.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Berry Street's regions and programs with high quality financial analysis.
• Build financial management capability within the regions and programs via a business partnering model.
• Support the regions and programs in understanding its performance, assist in identifying opportunities for improved performance and provide financial management skill education.
• Be accountable for the planning, development and timeliness of the annual budgets and rolling forecast process for the regions/central as allocated.

About You

• Skilled and experienced in analysis, management reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships, nurture partnerships and work together with stakeholders who may have competing objectives.
• Ability to understand complex funding models and services.
• Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative to develop logical systems and trouble shoot financial problems and issues.
