The Role: 

Providing strategic recommendations to the head of company (offshore) and the wider executive management
team, you will be responsible for managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the
preparation of all financial reporting. More specifically this role will: 

• Advise on the tax related matters
• Establishing and developing relationships with banks and other financial institutions 
• Examining bank statements and reconciling general ledger entries
• Preparing and submitting the company BAS on quarterly basis and liaising with outsourced tax accountant for the annual tax return.
• Preparing company financial reports 

Who we are looking for: 

This role reports to the CEO who is based overseas. This means the successful person will need to be a self starter with the ability to work autonomously. It is critical that you speak fluent mandarin and have previous experience within a similar role. Ideally within the construction or property development industry. A degree within accounting or business along with a strong commercial acumen will set this person up for success.
