About the role We are seeking an experienced, CA or CPA qualified Finance Manager to join our team located at our Head Office in Point Clare. The Finance Manager reports to the CEO and is a member of our leadership team. You will manage a small team and be responsible for the full range of finance and payroll functions of the organisation including but not limited to, budgeting, Board reporting and variance analysis, audits, reconciliations, NDIS claiming, customer invoicing, BAS, AP, AR and cash flow management. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic and flexible leader with a high degree of initiative. The role will suit someone who has the ability to think strategically, solve problems, improve processes, business efficiencies and effectiveness. A demonstrated understanding of the NDIS and associated funding guidelines as well as experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV are highly desirable. We are looking for a genuine team player.
