As a result of some internal movements within our Finance Team, Mosaic is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a full time basis for the next 12 months.

A little bit about the role…

The Finance Manager will report to the Head of Finance assisting with developing, implementing and maintaining the planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with the appropriate tools to establish goals and measure performance.  The successful applicant will also need to demonstrate the ability to build strong business relationships and partnerships within the organisation.

• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and finance;
• Demonstrated ability to prepare internal reporting and coach others with interpretation;
• Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships and partnerships, and to collaborate and negotiate with all stakeholders;
• Ability to work autonomously while understanding the importance of working in a supportive team environment; and
• Previous experience leading and managing a small team.

A few requirements that are a must…

• Experience in a similar role with relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Experience with MYOB Advanced and Power BI (desirable)
• Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (or ability to obtain).
