We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager, that will drive the full Accounting/Finance function, guide financial decisions and support the Head of Finance. 

This role is a 6 month contract role with the potential to be extended. 

To be considered for this role: 

• Expierence with Employment Hero is not essential but highly sought 
• Experience in process improvements for efficiency gains in the business
• Experience with Audit and year-end close
• Broad experience in all aspects of SME Accounting
• Experience in XERO cloud based accounting and reporting systems including multisite P&L
• Be experienced in Microsoft Excel both in creating models and analytics
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong communication skills
• A solutions driven attitude whilst working with integrity, energy and engagement.
• Experience with managing a team of 4

Responsibilites will include:

• Ensuring monthly Financial Accounts and processes are up to date and produced in a timely matter
• Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
• Generating the monthly Profit & Loss
• Reconciling the Balance Sheet
• Processing month end accruals
• Preparation of monthly Board Pack
• Leading the planning process including Cash Flow management and providing insights on financial results
• Preparation of budgets and variance analysis
• GST, FBT, BAS, PAYG processing
• Ensuring all controls, processes and procedures are adhered to
