The role

You manage the finance department’s strategy and goals and find efficient ways of working and driving process improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Your Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in similar role.
• Experience in managing financial accounts process, finance functions and core financial management.
• An interest and understanding on the ever-changing role of Information Technology in scaling and building value in business.
• Experience using M365 suite including Power BI; Teams and SharePoint, including implementation and development of dashboards, workflows and the use of SharePoint as the controlled document system.
• Decisiveness, a self-starting nature and a strong ability to facilitate robust conversations.
• Adaptability – our business environment & internal processes are rapidly evolving & ability to quickly adapt to these changes is essential.

Your qualifications and/or other requirements

• Qualifications (CPA, CA).
• A National Police Clearance no older than 6 months from date of issue.
