We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Officer - Accounts Payable to join our firm on a full-time basis in our Perth office.
The role is part of our Finance Department based in the Perth office, reporting directing to our Senior Finance Officer. This role is involved in all aspects of the Firm's accounts payable and reimbursement processes including processing payments, reconciliations and relevant reporting. This is a very broad role with interaction across all areas of the Firm, including international offices, as well as with external clients.
We are looking for a strong team player who has the ability to establish good working relationships with all members of staff - particularly Partners, fee earners and secretarial staff.
Be involved in using your skills and experience
To succeed in this role you will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role with knowledge of reconciliations, petty cash and accounts payable processes. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure you are successful in delivering a high level of service to your internal and external clients. You will be able to demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and well developed organisation/prioritisation skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to portray a professional image and demeanour at all times and enjoy working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
